Local to-do
The Local to-do list integrationIntegrations connect and integrate Home Assistant with your devices, services, and more. [Learn more] allows you to create to-do lists in Home Assistant. To-do lists are shown on the To-do list dashboard for tracking items and whether or not they have been completed.

Configuration
To add the Local to-do integration to your Home Assistant instance, use this My button:
If the above My button doesn’t work, you can also perform the following steps manually:

Browse to your Home Assistant instance.

In the bottom right corner, select the
Add Integration button. -
From the list, select Local to-do.

Follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup.
